Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

I know a lot of of are still trying to stay eating healthy for the new year and form good habits which can be hard when you wake up on a weekend morning and all your doing is craving pancakes! Well I found a recipe which I changed to make the most out of a healthy verison of oatmeal pancakes that taste amazing, you will not miss the old full fatty verison at all!

Conozco a un montón de de todavía están tratando de quedarse a comer sano para el año nuevo y formar buenos hábitos que puede ser difícil cuando te despiertas en una mañana de fin de semana y todo lo que estás haciendo es ansia panqueques ! Bueno, yo encontré una receta que me cambié a sacar el máximo provecho de un verison saludable de tortitas de avena que tienen un sabor increíble, que no se pierda el viejo grasos completo verison en absoluto!

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 oatmeal flour ( you can make your own by grinding oatmeal in a food processor or blender)
1 tablespoon of sugar or splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2  teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of skim coconut or almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of coconut or canola oil
1 egg

Directions 

  1. Place flour, oatmeal flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, vanilla, oil and egg in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
